Staff members were professional and friendly. On arrival and during our stay they made us feel very welcome.

1. When reserving the hotel, approx 3 months prior to our holidays, we did ensure that we booked room for smokers. We were very disappointed when on our arrival we learnt that rooms for smokers were already taken. Although only from the 2nd floor but still, each time when we wanted a cigarette we had to go outside as smoking in our room was prohibited. 2. Rooms were very clean and tidy BUT unfortunately we had ants in our bathroom. 3. Taste and a variety of meals served for supper was very impressive, however the food served for a breakfast was rather disappointing.

The employes were very friendly,some of them even spoke romanian.At the New Year party they played our national song which I considered very respectful of them.

I would have prefered that the spa wouldn't close at 19.00 hours.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was very close to all the main attractions. The restaurant had an elevator, which made it very convenient for us to access with our stroller. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room service was excellent. The room itself was spacious and well-equipped with amenities such as heating and air conditioning. We also enjoyed the beautiful terrace with its garden furniture. The hotel had a fantastic spa and wellness centre, with a sauna, jacuzzi, and massage facilities. We loved relaxing on the sun terrace and making use of the hot spring bath. The free WiFi was a bonus, and we appreciated the 24-hour reception and the luggage storage.

We would highly recommend this hotel to our family and friends.

New, clean, good facilities, good food, good location.

Breakfast ended at 10 am, and cleaning staff was already knocking on the door before 10, having a real attitude. ... I would have liked a little time to relax in the room after breakfast. Minibar drinks were past expiry date. Check-out was at the early 10 am, and minibar woman came to check while we were still in the bathroom at 9 am, being very stroppy.

The location was perfect, very close to main attractions. the spa area was very relaxing and enjoyable. the thermal water was a unique experience. the food was delicious, especially the Christmas dinner and breakfast. the staff was friendly and attentive, making us feel welcomed.

The room had a bit of a mildew smell when we arrived. the tablecloth was dirty.

The location of the hotel was great, it was close to the main attractions and had easy access to public transportation. The hotel provided free Wi-Fi and the signal was strong in the room. the hotel had a nice selection of breakfast options, including both hot and cold dishes.

the room was not well-maintained, there were stains on the carpet and the sheets seemed to have not been changed. the staff was unhelpful and didn't seem interested in making our stay pleasant.

We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The location was great, as we could easily walk to all the touristic attractions and restaurants. The hotel facilities were clean and modern, and the staff was always polite and helpful. We also appreciated the available parking and the convenience of being able to bring our stroller to the restaurant.
